Seems to beat previous deals by about $20. Black, clear, blue, and white available.

The wired versions are my go-to for comfort and sound quality on a budget. Have yet to find anything even near the price that sounds as good. You can do better, but not without spending a lot more.

The BT1 (Bluetooth 4.1 version) has been this price for over a month now. The BT2 (Bluetooth 5 with apt-x and apt-x HD) has been $79 when in stock. Definitely spend the extra $19 for the better quality SE215+BT2 version.

You can still get them for $79 direct from Shure.

They also have the BT2 ons ale for $49, and you can trade in the BT1 for a $50 rebate.

So, correct me if I'm wrong, but if I don't mind the hassle of processing the rebate and the time associated with the mail-in, I can get the SE215 with the BT2 for $60?

yup essentially yes - less tax and shipping your bt1 to illinois and waiting for the rebate.

Just got the bt2 and shipped my bt1 out. volume isn't as loud on max, but the audio quality is much much better (like it's wired) and along with more than double the battery life ( 4 vs 8 hrs) I like the old clip system better though as it's easier to clip on.

Does this have lag delay between audio and video when watching videos?

I know everybody is different...but why buy with a cord when you can get buds at the same price? When I used a similar set, that damn cord would always be grabbing my neck and making a bumping noise when running.

The BT2 cord is $49 right now. Good if you already own MMCX earphones and want to add Bluetooth.

Or you can get bt2 and 2 sets of ear pieces for $90, if you would pay $30 for extra pair, by buying the $79 215 and $60 215 and rebating the bt1.
