Allow pump to cool for five (5) minutes after each five (5) minutes of continuous use.

The entire point of this is to be cordless, so no, there is no option to plug it in. This is primarily enticing for people who already buy Ryobi products. I bought this on the last sale without a battery because I already have 4 batteries that have come with previous Ryobi purchases.
Since you seem like a huge a-hole, my guess would be a resounding "Yes."
Fantastic item. Got it like 5 months ago when it was 49$ and i have no regrets. At 35 its a no brainer.

Thanks, fixed the link. I missed the deal from last month's posting. But, I randomly decided to check on the price today and saw the price had drop back down to $35. Hope it helps someone looking for one.

Work great for tires, ball, air mattresses, but does not work well to blow balloons for party...

Maybe I'm missing it (sorry if so), but it seems the only way to use this is to also buy a battery and charger? Is there no way to plug this up with an extension cord to power it and skip having to make a second purchase?

Just got this last week. Very useful for toys, bike and car tires. Love the ability to set the pressure and just let it go. Have not tried inflator yet.

It is a reduced price item, not a clearance item from what I could tell. Until they come up with a new model, it will be the new standard price.

But for the price, it is an awesome tool!

I'm pretty sure that it's been this price everyday for quite some time. Good inflator for the money, but it's not like this is a new deal.
