However, quality wise, don't expect much. HP 15 or HP17 is their bottom of the line product, even below the Pavilion series. For normal users, it lacks modern ports like USB TYpe-C.

17z..............not to be confused with their high end ZBook 17 workstations.

41watt battery in a 17.3" laptop running ryzen. Maybe get like 3 hours off this thing. Spec wise its solid price though

Normally these budget laptops use widely available mass produced displays and for budget laptops, 17 inch 1600x900 TN touch panels are pretty common and widely available. But 17.3" IPS Touchscreen laptop screens are not that common and the accommodation cost is probably higher for this kind of budget laptops.
