These are plastic so I would not heat in Microwave. Art&Cook is the brand.

These are made of plastic. So not if you throw them in the trash. They are reusable, not sold as single-use disposable. Just like every other set of these types. Have you ever owned anything like these? This one is a cheaper, thinner version than many other alternatives.

I would put in with my recycle items when worn out, as long as they have a recycling symbol on the container.
Microwaving in them will deteriorate the plastic over time. If you only store things in them they should last indefinitely.
