Not eligible. I have not been eligible for any of these Amex-Amazon deals in 1.5 years now. When it started, I was eligible for I think most of them. Not sure how they decide eligibility.

My blue card is eligible for this almost every single time. Although, it did show as $20 back from $50 purchase, not the $40 for $100 deal.
