Good deal. For $25 you get a LOT of content. This game plays just like the others and really doesn't offer anything new. LEGO update was an expensive advertisement that got old quick (should have been a freebie). The game gets old once you complete everything, but even at original full retail, I got my money's worth. The online portion is boring though.

Still don't see why they have to have it game pass ultimate exclusive deal but w/e microsoft. I was also going to say the price was lukewarm until I realized the car pass is included. That is almost as good as the DLC islands with the amount of stuff it adds.

Hey I know that this is OT but I figure you guys will know. I've been out of the console world for a few years now, but with everyone locked in the house I jumped back in.

I'm waiting on delivery for an Xbox- I was looking into GamePass Ultimate and it looks like you can buy three years of Xbox Live Gold and then upgrade for $1 and get three years of GamePass Ultimate. Is that accurate?

Where is the best deal on Gold?

They ruined multiplayer with the team element instead of having every race car for themself like an FH3. They were tired of having twelve-year-olds complain about getting dusted by Pros so they put everybody on teams so trash drivers could feel they accomplished something while coming in 10th place. Ruined multiplayer in a big way

Buying gold and upgrading to ultimate is what I did. Usually gray market sites like g2a may have it cheaper or more reputable resellers like cdkeys. Or just do a Slickdeals search. 12 months for around $40 is the regular sale price these days.
Also, if you have a decent PC, this game is Play Anywhere so you can play on PC while you wait for your Xbox to arrive and it syncs your progress between the systems.

That's another thing that ruined FH4. Probably not talking about the Same thing but Those scramble races from point to point without clear tracks. I played FH3 to death and FH4 disappointed me from a competitive standpoint but the graphics were mind blowing on Xbox One X

They have to figure out this online play. It could he so good but it's terrible

Right now Costco has the 24 month gold for $95. Where did you see the upgrade to ultimate for $1? I do see $1 ultimate for the 1st month on Microsoft store but seems to be 1st month only.

Update: found the blog post about it but it's from July last year. Just bought the 24 months from Costco and converted it to ultimate for $1. So $96 for 2 years of ultimate membership. Pretty good deal!
