Ordered 2 Fossils from the last deal and one got lost in the mail. The company was extremely kind and helpful and ended up sending me a replacement. I really like the watches even though I bought one with links that looks "stainless steel" but honestly feels extremely cheap. Either way, it LOOKS great and the company was very pleasant to deal with and the watch was also only like $40 so really no complaints

Try a different browser. That happened to me in Chrome, but it works fine in Safari.
