5. Increase in baseline storage (64 vs 128). More storage for the same price
6. Compatibility with magic keyboard ($300 btw)
May be worth 100 bucks more but 2018 ipad will be discounted once new one is released. I speculate 2018 model will be around $600. For $150 more, I don't think it's worth it.

The faster Wi-Fi is only applicable if you have a Wi-Fi 6 router. And even then, there are many factors that effect wireless speeds.
Also, the 2018 iPad Pro is also compatible with the upcoming Magic Keyboard w/trackpad.
