Established in 1914 by Eugène Meylan, Glycine traces its roots back to Bienne, Switzerland, the watchmaking capital of the world. Originally, Glycine was a movement manufacturer, but during the 1930s it launched its own line of timepieces. Later, in 1953 came the debut of the well-known Airman line, a collection of GMT watches with 24-hour analog dials and rotating bezels, used frequently by military and commercial pilots. The 1960s saw the release of the Combat Sub, a diver that soon became the brand's calling card—for good reason. Today, Glycine has expanded its lineup to include a wide range of timepieces, but it still operates out of its headquarters in Bienne, Switzerland.

I will say that bronze watches look great once they gets natural patina, I really like my Zenith Pilot Extra Special in Bronze. Took about a year to get the patina where I wanted it from natural wear. It is part of my watch rotation, so if you wear it every day, it will likely get the patina look much faster.
Still, not a slick deal. Price is at or slightly higher what you'd expect to pay for this watch any day of the week

I've been monitoring the price of this watch for 5 months and if they are offered on eBay they go for $700, $900 or higher.
Here're search results of currently available BRONZE watches, the cheapest one is $743:

Based on these prices what part of me saying "this normally sells for double this price" was disingenuous?
