Nothing much cause it's $20 watch. It's fair for a cheap quartz watch.
I think the only people that get looked down on are the people who buy Daniel Wellington. They're $200 watches for what is essentially the same thing as this Perry Ellis $20 watch.
The rolly guy showed up again!
I haven't worn a watch regularly in quite a while but I recently bought a Fossil from here for $50. Haven't had it long but I love it, and a few people have complimented it (not why I got it). No regrets, it looks nice and the price was good.
Some of these watches actually look alright, to me. If you like one, I say go for it. Just don't expect it to last forever, but, they're the price of one moderate dinner out (which is not an option here right now), or like 4-5 cups of coffee house coffee. If you want something a little better quality or brand is important, you can't go wrong with a Seiko or Citizen, if you find a deal and a look you dig.
If your office is full of watch snobs and you don't want to spend big $$$, just think of what else you could buy for what they spent on their Omegas or Breitlings. We all have different priorities.

these perry ellis watches are really cheap quality and their batteries gonna dead with in months, even for $20 i dont recommend, it better to buy other brands with $40 range
I wonder for actual people who know watches, when they see someone wear one of these in an office environment or whatever purpose. What do they think?

I've never seen one of these at the office. I'd never say anything to anyone wearing though, despite thinking disapprovingly of their watch choice. For 60-70 bucks (which I get is 3+ times the price of this) you'd be better off getting an Orient. Or at 100 you can get a dressy Bulova.
