lol, still using my soundsticks i bought 15+ years ago. i think they were introduced around 2000 and design really haven't changed.
Good price, only downside to these is connecting to Bluetooth has no password, so your neighbors can connect to it too. I wished they made a new version of these, how many years has it been?

A buddy of mine used to make clear subboxes for people as a side gig. It's stupid easy to do and engineering students love these projects.
I've seen these go for $125 refurbished and in the $160s new.

Doesn't it utilize a sync button so it only accepts new connections during the SYNC?

I took these same sticks to college in 2000 and they lasted throughout. Not sure where they ended up. Great sound quality but my friends made fun of how they looked...
Bought this many years ago at Comp-USA (Wired), Love them. They are durable! Survived moves, and a flood and they still work. You want durable and worth your money. Now I am not sure how the newer versions work with the blue tooth.
