Amazon has the CTEK Car charger and maintainer range at great prices. Since you may not be driving much in the coming weeks, you may want to think about connecting your car battery to a battery tender/charger.
CTEK is used by all major brands like BMW / Bentley / Porsche as their OEM supplier. The car manufacturer sticker on it in most cases (at least) doubles the price.

Just an experience - I purchased an Autocraft Gold battery from AdvanceAutoParts, it came with 3 year warranty. At 2.5 years - it died, went in for a replacement - the purchase did not show up in their iventory/receipt computer. Luckily i had the online order/pickup email and the store receipt. The amount attitude I got from the store employee was beyond reason. He was blaming me for the computer not showing the purchase. Got a new battery - worked for a year before it too died. Since the original warranty is only for 3 years, it doesnt reset at 2.5. Pretty shitty experience at AAP. Never again.
It is confusing. My car has an AGM high power battery. So this is the logic of elimination I followed:
The CT5; tells you when it is ready to go --> don't need that
The MUS 4.3 can runs a test --> don't need that
So it was between the MXS 5.0 and the 7002. the 7002 is sold in Europe as the MXS 7.0 and should have a higher output. For the little extra costs, I just picked the 7002.
Not scientific, not tested, but it helped me decide. The other poster is correct, the cheap once should do as well. My car can be connected through the cigarette lighter with a special adapter and CTEK has one that hooks up to all their chargers, so I went for CTEK. Especially since the current prices on Amazon are great.
