They are. Bought an Incase backpack from them before and received a brand new one as expected.
See previous comments and I will add my opinion that they are probably a slickdeals "partner" merchant (like Amazon, Buydig, among many others). They are posted here regularly but I've never heard of them outside of slickdeals.

Does amazon pricematch? What is the process?
Why not just utilize the e-mail addresses or better yet Federated Identity Management? It would certainly be more reputable if they do. Since they do not, I won't risk it.
