Be careful when you use the site. I tried buying size 7 jeans for my son, but when I click add to cart, it places a size 12 in my cart instead. I tried the same with size 6 (places a size 12 in cart instead).

I ordered 2 for my GF, no problems with the size in the cart. Maybe its a boys issue or website problem?

I noticed that too, however removing that item from cart & re-adding worked for me

WARNING

Bought kids pants on the last code 60% off code a week ago for same product.

First time buyer with this company/website. No local stores near me. Ordered with the expectation of free return shipping. Order multiples of each items in stepped up sizes to try on my children for first time fitting to the brand.

Received 10 pairs of kids pants, tried them on, selected half the items to keep and packaged the other half for return. Online website says my entire order is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/FINAL SALE.

???? No chat support and phone line has me on hold for last 15 minutes without pickup. ????

EDIT: 30 minutes no pick-up on hold
