I'm so confused how this company is making any money under their new management.

If you join their rewards program, they regularly send $10 rewards which negates the shipping. I think I've gotten 3 of them since March.

I've gotten a few of their Men's High Route Grid Fleece Full-Zip jackets lately. They're a very lightweight material, which I appreciate.

It is. And you know why it was changed right? Gen Z doesn't know how to read manuscript.

Their pricing structure angers me more than most retailers. They discount their overpriced items by a few dollars then constantly run huge amounts off "existing sale prices". Just seems like a scummier way to make you think you're getting a good deal when you're not

First time I've seen it, the new eddy logo stinks.

I mean their horizon guide pants for $24 is a pretty great deal imo. Warning though, slim pants are today's straight pants. I made the mistake of ordering non slim (normal) before and they were baggy and huge. A lot of manufacturers seem to be heading in this rather strange direction.

I joined in 2018, made several purchases, never got any type of rewards discounts.

I have been tracking it pretty closely since we have several accounts. You have to join the Adventure Reward program -- you can check your account to see if you are already a member. Then, in any quarter that you have points earning (even just 2 or 3 points), you will receive a quarterly reward beginning with a Q. Most quarters they have a promotion of spending by a certain date to earn another one, which begins with a P. You can track the points history in the account dashboard. Also, if you unsubscribed from emails, you may not get notifications about the rewards.

So as an example, from the first quarter, I had a $10 reward that expired on 4/2. If I bought something for exactly $10, I would not get a new reward. Instead I bought something for $12, paying $2 to earn some points. Then, on 5/1, they gifted me enough points for a $10 reward and issued it on 5/5. Then they issued new rewards on 5/21 and 6/12 after I redeemed the first ones. One other thing I have found is that the Q reward points are refunded to your account if you don't pick up an order; the P rewards are not refunded.

Oh. Oops. I made my account in 2018, but didn't enroll in adventure rewards until...10/28/22.
They gave me 500pts for enrolling and mobile each, for 1,000.
They've sent me 4 rewards. Last one was 01/13/23.
I missed them all. But I'm subbed to emails so, idk what happened, possibly overzealous spam filter.
Well......... shit.

I think Jan 2023 was right around the time they scaled the rewards back. They used to be generous with the P rewards issuing them to all accounts periodically. Now the rewards only go to accounts with some spending, even if minimal.
