    Is this any good? Never thought about how much W used at home on a given day... so if SHTF, not sure if this would be enough power?

    It wouldn't be enough. Not even close. Good for camping or to power the fridge if the power goes out.

    There are definitely some negatives such as: no inverter, only 1000W, not dual fuel.
