    The rebate submission page says:

    If you buy multiple of the same product I think you only need to enter it once, because the UPC will be the same. I assume they'll reference your receipt to determine quantity purchased. If i'm understanding what your're asking

    Right, I'm not sure if the same UPC should be entered multiple times. I'm also not sure items in excess of one with a particular UPC are even eligible. It seems like they would have included a quantity field for each UPC entry if they intended multiple items with the same UPC to be eligible.

    Maybe they will reference the receipt and figure out the quantity like you said, and maybe multiple items with the same UPC are eligible, but that seems like a bit of a leap of faith since they left it ambiguous.

    You're right, even on the paper rebate it is not clear if more than one of the same product qualifies. I'll probably enter in qty 2 UPC's, even though they are the same, just to be safe. If there was a limit, I would expect it to specify 1 per product type. If they only send me back $5, I could always try sending a second time as the limit is 3 submissions per address.

    The online rebate form asks for "Quantity UPCs", not "Quantity Unique UPCs". once you up the quantity, it allows you to enter up to 5 UPC codes. To be safe, I recommend setting it to 5 and adding the same upc 5 times. They'll be able to verify the 5 on the receipt.

    If only 1 qty selected on the rebate form, they may only send $5 check unless they're doing their due-diligence, which would be more of a gamble IMHO.

    This is correct. Got the rebate when I did it this way last year and submitted the rebate for 5x of another BioAdvanced product the same way tonight.
