Might want to check the humble bundle driving package. It's more $ but AC and some DLC is included.

One of those games with a HUGE online community of free tracks and cars to get.

Can anyone tell me if there's value in paying the extra for the ultimate, considering that point?

Crazy good price eitherway. Very well optimized for medium GPU's, but still able to push higher ones like you would want.

Sucks for me, the Ultimate edition goes in on sale for less than than what I paid for a few DLCs... Debating if I should bite or not.

It's less then the cost of a "bite" from most fast food places. Stick Out Tongue

You could checkout places like https://www.greenmangaming.com/ga...-corsa-pc/ and you might find the specific of what you want, there for cheaper. But it seems the above listed ones are the best options right now.

Have you tried the free mod cars and tracks? I've yet to "need" any more than that and the base game. But I only play it in VR now at the https://steamcommunity.com/groups/joinusinvr steam group, so maybe without VR, it might need more mods to be as fun.

You need the DLC content for some servers. I would get the Ultimate if you plan on doing multiplayer.

Heliocorsa, The Setup Market and RSR Timing are must have mods as well.

Thanks for this. It's about $13 to get all the games included, although you get a few less cars in AC since it's not as complete as the Ultimate Edition.

I think I'll get the Humble Bundle because it also includes Project Cars 2 and that also can be played in VR.

For $3 more you can get a Humble Bundle, support a charity, and get more games (Including Project Cars)

Google wasn't useful. Have any of the updates fixed the VR sense of speed. I compared AC to PC2 and while the mods and tracks were appealing. I could not tell how fast I was going by instinct in AC, 100mph felt like 20. Bought PC2 because of it.

Yes, get the whole content for a couple of bucks. It's a no brainier.

What where you googling and trying to find?

If you go to the https://steamcommunity.com/groups/joinusinvr steam group odds are someone will help you.

As for speed, I didn't know what you mean, so can't help that.

Once dialed in to your sensitivity , it's amazing. I've put in over 1500 hours with a controller and have been very competitive against wheel players. Really wish they'd do AC2 with updated graphics. Easily one of the best racing sims I've played.
