Placed an order a month ago, it was shipped to store. Then the stores closed. Now I cannot get the order, which is understandable, but they cannot cancel the order either. So my order is sitting somewhere at the mercy or COVID-19. I completellllllyyyyyyy get the situation, just saying if you place an order and then need support, you wont get it because they are closed. Great deal though, and ship to home should be ok.

This happened to me last week with Macys and Kohls. One of my Kohls orders already auto-cancelled, refund issued along with Kohls Cash extended for 30 days.

Still waiting for the rest of the orders to auto-cancel. Meanwhile I reordered for ship to home and lost some discounts.

That's good. Children's Place wont cancel, they told us to pick it up when they open.

Tried to order twice using paypal, once with balance and once with credit card on file. Both times it came back credit card not found and noticed both times the 4 digit cc# was different and not correct. Both show pending payment and have note received order confirmation. Will watch pending. Be careful when ordering.
