From costco review

Your time is short. I've researched bidets a ton. Here is why I'll be taking this one back.

The heated water comes from a small reservoir preheated in the seat, it runs out fairly quickly and then turns cold. That's the bottom line, no pun intended.

Now, here's what it has....the stuff you care about.
-Heated seat and economy mode (reduce energy when not in use)
-slow close lid, albeit really cheap flimsy feeling.
-Heated water (for a SHORT time period, this is a drawback actually)
-2 person memory
-Comfortable seating
-Oscillating back and forth and pulsating water flow
-Great, easy to use and reliable remote
-One single multi function nozzle (two nozzles are on their way out...looking at you Brondell)
-Toto name brand (#1 global leader).
-and of course, A high price tag for the Toto name brand.

Here's what it doesn't have that you care about, usually for the SAME amount of money or a little more
-warm air dryer
-carbon air filter deodorizer
-stainless steel removable nozzle for easy clean (has CHEAP PLASTIC)
-higher water pressure (the stream isn't the strongest)

Finally, here is what it doesn't have that the more expensive Toto models have.
-eWater+, pre and post mist of the bowl to aid cleaning
-Tankless water heating, infinite amount of hot water
-Night light
-Power automatic open close lid

I can't recommend this product because of the short amount of warm water, the flimsy lid, high cost and lack of some basic features (like a night light). I'm familiar with all the models out there and I can recommend better.

Oh and if you do buy this unit, here's a tip, skip the useless installation instructions and go to youtube and search Toto washlet installation, there you will find a good video on how to install it. Remember this unit requires an outlet to operate.

If you found this helpful, please leave a thumbs up, so it can find its way to the top and help others. Hope this helps
This review is helpful but it is misleading because it is pinned to the front page and this review is for the Toto bidet not the Serenity. This fact should be indicated on the front page.
Comparison between the two:
https://www.manybidets.com/detail...-serenity/

TL;DR Conclusion:
Both the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000 and A8 Serenity are beautifully designed seats that will give you high quality wash options and a variety of comfort features. The biggest difference between the two is the enema wash featured by the BB-2000. If the enema wash is a feature you need, than the BB-2000 will probably be the best option for you. Alternatively, if you prefer having the user preset option, you may be inclined to purchase the A8. Regardless of your decision, you will be adding luxury, convenience and comfort to your bathroom routine with either of these top-of-the-line bidet seats.

How does this compare to the bb2000?

Comes in elongated only. No round.
The Costco specifications in the OP link list both elongated and round:

"The A8 Serenity is available in Round and Elongated."

Thanks!

https://biobidet.com/products/a8-...ee-biomist site says A8 is only available in elongated so maybe Costco has an exclusive model. Best of luck.

Measurement tab says "Bidet Seat References : A8 Serenity Bidet Seat only available in Elongated White"

It's sold out now. Will there be any stock expected starting on the 30th?

From what I read online, the BB-2000 has much better water pressure compared to this one, this one is considered average. It's a pass for me which is a shame since I'd love to buy it from Costco.

Generally you want a tankless model. This one is not. Less spill risk, better delivery, less space. But may be more expensive.
I thought A8 is a tankless desgin, actually hybrid, like BB-2000 it has a small reservoir so water can be immediate.

Look at the list at the bottom of this article. https://toiletfound.com/bio-bidet/

Here's a review of the model:
https://www.bidetsplus.com/review...enity.html

Video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M...e=emb_logo

Says elongated only, which agrees with other information I'd found.
Says "hybrid" water system, so it sounds like both a small on-board tank and on-demand heating.

Last night, when I posted this, following the direct link took you to a 404 page. Now it takes you to an out of stock listing. I'd guess it's just not available until 3/30.
