From the other thread, this seller is Walmart returns. Their grade A stuff has been described as looking brand new. Factory box is a hit or miss. Lots of people have used them in the past and have been pleased. Free returns and seem to be overall a pleasant seller to work with

Just a heads up. You don't want to sit on these. Make sure the eimei is clean. I ran into some issues a few months back with some series 4 my local Best Buy was sitting on. Took three tries to get one that was not tied to a previous account. I guess someone changed their mind on color while they were activating
