It normally generates a photo from the url, although I believe you can also attach your own photo. You would need to go to desktop version of SD on your browser and do it from there.

The shape of the handle is perfect. I wish other manufacturers could figure this outs - so many of them are awkward and unbalanced. But, you've got to really be into your pour over coffee to swallow $120 for a kettle.
