Banana Republic Factory: Men's Organic Cotton Polos Expired

In a nutshell, all "factory" stuff are cheaper/crappier versions of regular retails of "regular" store merchandise. It's a marketing trick now but it was once upon a time a decent bargain to be had at Outlet Malls etc. Then, people would find cheaper Brand Names clothing at Outlets because the items were surplus, slight irregular that failed strict QC, slightly out of season and so on...at Outlets to save a few shekels. Then the greed kicked in for the shareholders/owners, so they decided the sweatshops in 3rd world countries to produce merchandise specifically for Outlets/Ebay/Even Nordstrom Racks (for the illusion of bargain cheaper than retail locations in swankier Town Center Malls or Boutiques). But imagine the same brand, same color and even size, but cheaper at "factory/Outlet" ! How? For example, it takes a pound of cotton at the textile mills to produce enough material of a average sized good polo shirt at Banana or Gap or H&M, they would use half a pound of cotton instead to make the shirt, and it would be impossible for most to tell the difference unless you're trained to know. Or, they woven in some plastic-polyester and call it Tech/Athletic/Flex/Alphalete fit, names to fancy up the plastic rag, you know? Thus, they can sell it cheaper because it was cheaper to produce! The trick is to fool people in thinking it's a bargain, yet, it's actually, truly and honestly, only half of a shirt in terms of material, durability and workmanship.

Honestly, it's not worth it. I wear BR polos all the time. Bought a bunch from the factory and they all feel and fit differently while all being the same size. Not worth it to me. Returning all of mine.
