If a site has prices that are significantly better than others, there's usually a reason, and that reason is almost always because they're a bait-n-switch scam operation. You'll get an amazing price but then will be contacted and told you bought a non-US version (or some bullshit like that) and need to shell out hundreds more to actually get the TV. At that point you're paying more than from an authorized seller (which these scam sites are not).

Abctvs and the tvbar are not an authorized retailers however if you buy through Greentoe you are purchasing from an authorized retailer. If you ever need to use the manufacturer warranty you may have issues if you buy from a non authorized dealer.
