Good deal with the free shipping, although they use a somewhat skimpy 3/4" thick frame on these. They also offer a 1.5" frame but this costs extra. I have some of both in my office. To each his own, but side-by-side I prefer the more substantial 1.5" framing myself.

its a tad skimpy but the quality is excellent in my experience. their finish around those wrapped edges is also pretty superb so i did not mind. 16x20 is a pretty good size, my last prints turned out pretty great
Thank you for posting this. My dog recently passed away, and I would love a photo of him on my wall. I just got the base model and I will have it framed locally to support my local framer that is still working out of his shop by himself.
If you do not want to crop to match the aspect ratio and the type of subject allows it, resize the image w/o constraining the proportions. Landscapes, plants/flowers, and the like can be asymmetrically resized to a limited extent w/o impacting the quality of the image.
If you do not have a photo editing program, just look on the net for free online resizing.
