Doesn't require user to input any billing information. After registering, the standalone desktop version of 1Password no longer nags for license purchase (good for 366 days)

Just use Bitwarden guys, free and opensource.

I used to work at Apple and used iCloud Keychain and now use 1Password. The advantages are sharing passwords securely for thing like Netflix. Also your passwords aren't locked to Apple devices. If you leave Apple good luck recovering all your passwords. Apple designed keychain so you can't transfer passwords. No other service is that way. I do not recommend iCloud Keychain if you don't want to be forced to use Apple forever unless you have some coding skills.

I just switched from 1Password 6 to Bitwarden. The software is virtually identical and they have apps for all the browsers, iOS & Android. The only thing I have't tested is the sharing password feature. That's probably something 1Password Family does better. But I don't know since I haven't tried it.
