This is very crappy hand sanitizer. I got this directly from manufacturer. Bottles came with No safely seal. Looks like someone made this is in garage and filled up bottles. The alcohol content is borderline on recommended amount. If they screwed up the ratio then you are below 60% alcohol.
Rather get the one from froggys.

I got the one from Froggys and ended up donating it because of its horrendous smell. Also I wanted a gel, not a liquid. Whats the consistency of this one?

This is a gel. I recommend adding essential oils to froggys.
