I would think that garden-variety fitness equipment (shoes, clothes) are going to have a tough time for awhile. We may see some steep discounts as companies have trouble. Could be wrong.

I think many are already. So far I don't think the Men's has been this low (granted, its not the most common of colors), but I could be wrong too Wink

$45 (after cb) is the lowest I think I've ever paid for Pegs, although it's fairly easy to get them under $60 if you're patient and aren't super picky about colors.

I got Pegasus Flash (really nice grey and black reflective and water resistant) for under $55 in 2014. Haven't seen the flash model available.

For running, is the Pegasus 36 a significantly better shoe than something like the Nike Run Swift?

Funny because I feel like a lot of times there's nothing else to do but workout. I see the clothing suffering moreso than the shoes. I barely change nowadays...

The wide model has a zipper closure which seems to me would flap around while running... other issue is high instep and the way foot goes in not sure they'd fit well compared to laces ones I normally use. The wide size in the "regular" model is still >$100 here. So close to what I needed.

The thing is the regular model is so so so much tighter than the older models pegasus. Wonder if the extra-wide might be better.

Yes, for serious running the Pegasus is a much better shoe.

Yes, I generally get the Pegasus extra wide and it's one of the few "extra wide" shoes from any brand that fits my foot. I've tried some of the other popular running shoes at the store that have a wide option and none fit me as well. If I go with the regular width I have to up a half size which leads to issues with blisters, learned that lesson so been sticking with these for quite a few revisions now. I tend to buy the last year model when the new one comes out, sometimes I'll buy two pairs. Hopefully they don't redesign these too much I dread having to find another good fitting running shoe.

To be clear, I'm not trying to hype these over any other shoe, just that I have an odd sized foot and these are the only model that I found that work for me.
