Nah....
Because they see game purchase as an investment, seriously, which is utterly nonsense. They also see as an opportunity to scalp.
They're the same nonsense people who view Pokémon Heart Gold as $5 item only because it OLD. Quality game while does matter to them, the age of the game affect their buying decision more. They also have this ridiculous metric system that they judge the game based on how long does it take to beat and use that info to set the price based on how old does it get, what console it specifically and how often it goes on sale.
I'm telling you, their logics is ridiculously insane. They also had said that Witcher 3 for Nintendo Switch should be $20.00 no less. See what I'm saying?
