Great game, probably the best jrpg of it's era. For those who are unaware Hironobu Sakaguchi founded Mistwalker which made this, he also cofounded Square.
This is a great game, if you're fan of JRPGs (linear, more story driven). When it launched, it had a major issue with load times before battle but Xbox 360's install disc option helped greatly and I'm assuming an all digital copy would help alleviate it even more.
360 was the ps3 era, not the ps2.

I miss games like this. It's sad that Mistwalker went the mobile route. I hope someday they'll make RPGs for PC/PS5/Xbox Series X before Hironobu Sakaguchi retires, but I'm not counting on it. Or Square Enix should at least encourage him to come back.
This is what Final Fantasy should have been like (mature and good storytelling). Instead we got FF13 and it's went downhill since then. (although 14 seems to be doing well, but I'm not into mmorgps).
Last I heard, Hironobu Sakaguchi was working on an iOS game. I wonder how that's coming along...

Not bashing the game by no means.

What was wrong with FFXV?
