Most of you have no idea how to use gloves.
You should only be touching one thing, then throwing them away. Or, you should have a surface disinfectant and you should be cleaning them after everything you touch following the contact time. Why? Because if you touch a single infected item, your gloves will now spread it to everything you touch: your other boxes, your produce, your wallet, your phone, other items that other people will later touch.

If in a grocery store - pick up only what you have to, do not touch your face or phone when wearing gloves. If you do touch your phone, it needs to be cleaned before you use it without gloves. If you're wearing a mask on your face, these are also one-time use unless they are washable or cleanable.
In short, PPE is only effective if you use it properly. Be responsible, throw away PPE after you've used it if you're not cleaning it or it's not meant to be cleaned.
