Who is eligible for the Switch offer?
Only new T-Mobile customers are eligible. You will need to activate a new account with at least one new qualifying voice line and either bring your own device or purchase a device at full price. Then you must bring (port-in) a number over from a non-T-Mobile or Metro provider into your newly activated line to qualify for a for a rebate of $200. You are eligible to submit for a total of 4 rebates and must meet the offer requirements for each line. Only one new account is required.

How do I submit for my Virtual Express Prepaid Mastercard?
Sign up for T-Mobile ID and submit for the rebate for each line brought (ported-in) over within 14 days of activation at: https://t-mobile.com/promotions using promo code: 2020SWITCH1. Have your device IMEI ready when submitting for your rebate (dial *#06# to retrieve). Please ensure you accurately enter your IMEI as incorrectly entered IMEI's can lead to your rebate submission being denied.

When will I receive my rebate?
After you've completed your submission, we will review your submission for eligibility. Once your promotional requirements have been verified, you will receive an SMS with a secure link to redeem your Virtual Express card. This generally takes up to 8 weeks to process.

Is there a limit to how many times I can take advantage of this offer?
You are able to submit for up to 4 rebates. There is a maximum of 4 payouts per account.

Since I hardly use any data, I can't prove that the 3GB data cap is already in effect during this billing period, or won't start until the next billing period.
I also didn't use much data. But the SC add-on is on my lines. That can prove I get the capped not full service. Doesn't make sense to charge me full price, but provide a capped service. The FB T-Force rep agreed with me on this point and adjusted my bill. BTW, she tried to push me to the same solution as yours and apply SC discount to my next 3 bills. But finally, we were on the same page.

The rep that I got either couldn't or wouldn't make the adjustment to a bill already paid. I didn't want to fight too hard. You win some, you lose some. When I signed up for the deal, I was prepared to pay full price. Getting 50% off for 2-3 months is better than I planned. I'm OK with it. I still get a good profit from the deal.

When I talked with FB T-Force, my bill was just out and I have not paid it. Maybe that's the difference.

I signed up for this T-mo deal on 4/15/20 with 4 lines. My 2nd bill (with the Stay Connected 50% discount) is available today 5/19, autopay on 6/8. The previous bill with no discount was $120 + $19.35 for taxes & fees = $139.35. I was thinking the taxes & fees would be reduced by 50% on the discounted bill as well, but nope. The discounted bill is $60 + $19 = $79.

Now for the exciting news: MY REWARD CARDS HAD BEEN SENT. I checked the Reward Status and everyone of them had been sent. (Looks like I'll have time to cancel my service before the 3rd bill is available). I tried to redeem using the web site, entered my 1st phone number without dashes or parentheses and it said it couldn't verify the info. So I turned on all the phones and each one had a link to redeem the reward card. I turned on WiFi, touched the link, it asked for the phone number, then displayed the virtual card. There are links to add the balance to Google Pay, or Samsung Pay, or T-mobile Bank.

There's also an option to transfer the reward card balance to my checking account at another bank using ACH. It mentioned a possible fee but I couldn't find out the fee amount. Does anyone know what the fee amount is (if any)? Also, is there a limit (day, week, total) of the amount that you can transfer?

Last time I did TMobile rebate and received the virtual Matercard GC and transferred fund via ACH transfer to my bank account with NO fees. You can transfer as many cards as you want. Just need to do it one at a time, transfer completed, delete previous info of your bank transfer and start a new transfer of another card.

You can search the old thread of TMobile, Costco iphone 11 for more info.

Getting the reward cards from T-mo is so quick and easy when compared to the 90 days of drama and anxiety that Sprint is putting us through with their freaking deal.

That depends on how T-mo figured the taxes & fees. They applied the taxes & fees to the full price, then applied the discount for the service charge.
It's similar to when you buy something at a 50% discount at a store or online. Some merchants apply the discount to the price first, then calculate the sales tax on the discounted price. Some merchants apply the sales tax to the regular price, then deduct 50% of the item regular price from the total bill.

Yes, this morning I received the links to my 4 rebate cards and have redeemed them. The account details show the cards were funded on 5/16, which is the beginning of my 2nd billing period.

Congratulations! So there were no fees for the ACH transfers, right?

That's correct. No fees for ACH tranfers, and very quick too. I got the money in my checking accounts overnight.
