Later when I was told by another agent that it has to be a "new" account with T-mobile so a re-activated account wouldn't work.
Now, I'm trying to get that closed again (geez!) and may be sign up for a new one. Is there a wait time between accounts?

I think they may be ok with new account with brand new numbers that were never on T-Mobile in past 90 days
