Green tea or you can just do water with honey and lemon. Pretty soothing if you are sick.

I find the fresh is the best way to go..this tends to clump..but it is good in a pinch in a hot beverage of choice. It just doesn't have the zing

Costco usually sells a 6.5 oz jar for 4 or so bucks. So this may be a good deal as a filler but not otherwise.
