Does anyone have a way to get in touch with Accessory Geeks. I received our bidet yesterday but it appears to be used. The only way of contacting them that I've found is email.

anyone know the size of the hole? Just got done taking a BioBidet A7 OFF my toilet as it makes the elongated bowl like a regular size round bowl, sits you more forward and your male parts touches the cold toilet...NO THANK YOU!!! Wondering if this model keeps the hole size large like normal large elongated holes.
