That title is some serious gobbledygook.
I think I've figured it out though.
The body should lead with the promotion link.
Edit: Others have now posted they confirmed the S20+ shows the promotion applying at checkout.
I saw the only phone that shows pictured as qualified for the promotion is the S20.
There is no discount for financing showing for me (Amzazon Prime Visa). Maybe that is an offer for new Amazon credit card applicants.
Next issue: It gives this disclaimer which appears to also negate the promotion for 15% back.
Pay $47.33/month for 18 months, interest-free with your Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Card.
Equal Pay promos don't earn % Back rewards. When your order ships, the total will be charged to your card. The monthly payment is estimated until taxes are finalized. By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

I suppose it might be different for folks with the Amazon Visa Store Card...

edit: nevermind I had to click your additional 15% item link and click on the phone to see the offer now.
The price points were adjusted this afternoon. Looking at the current price point that Amazon is offering, it's not even remotely enticing as it was previously. Amazon is selling the S20 now going for $1,000. but you still get the additional 15% back, which means the price would roughly equate to $850. At that price point you can find it cheaper over at Best Buy and other online carriers. When the deal was available it was a no brainer for anyone trying to purchase the S20, but this post is basically expired.
Congrats to anyone that locked in the deal, and appreciate the post OP. Good luck finding the next deal for the S20. Hopefully, we'll see something soon.

My Note 8 is showing it's age but I am holding off on updating the phone.
