The greater need for discounts is the 36 million Americans who are unemployed.

And a fun (scary) fact. A first year family practice RESIDENT can legally be the ER doctor taking care of you when you're coding from a heart attack. It's called "moonlighting", and it's a very common practice.

Also, peds EM docs are super rare bro, so yeah all peds EM are fellowship trained but theyre a tiny minority of EM physicians, so the vast majority of EM are NOT fellowship trained
