Here is a step by step write up since my previous instructions missed a critical step about when the ship to address checkbox appears. I did this on a PC in Google Chrome in Incognito mode.

Review your order details to make sure they are correct. Again pay special attention to your shipping address. 15. Click place order |

I added YMMV to the title and also put it in the OP. Unfortunately, I'm not in their coverage as well.
Hmmm. Don't need these after getting various other headphones lately; darn SD. MrMobile on YouTube really liked them but I'd really want active noise cancelling, so probably wait for the Sony's on sale again if I get a higher end truly wireless pair.
Looks like it worked for my folks' address in Nebraska fwiw. I assume many Midwest addresses, since I believe they have a good portion of their coverage there.
