I bought these new. I really hate these headphones. They fall out of my ears very easily during normal activities (eating, talking, bending, walking). They also emit a "squeal" when I put them in noise canceling or ambient sound mode. I tried to return them but was past the 15 day trial period. I even tried to trade them in for the downgraded version without the rubber ear tips and Samsung wouldn't let me. Stay away from these. They WILL disappoint.

I got it for $10 with s25 ultra deal. Still haven't opened it yet... contemplating selling if the quality isn't much better than the galaxy buds live, which i really love

Samsung CS aside ( Samsung probably calls it 'Company Support' Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) ) .. the UX for everyone might vary. I use these with my Fold 6 and the fit and audio clarity, ANC, and quality is great, better than my Apple Airpod 2 Pros ( except ANC, which is superior, imo, with the Airpods ). The ( trivial) issue I have with them is placing the pods back in the charging case in the dark, a whole lot easier with the Airpods, for me.

I also got it through the s25 ultra deal. I can say these have great sound quality, good bass response and the noise cancelling is quite amazing for the deal that we got which was almost free.

The Live Buds are one of my favorite earbuds, used them for years. Really sad Sammy discontinued them.

Definitely do not buy these without having a warranty. There are mixed reviews on these. Many report great usage and others say they have issues.

Got these for $65ish last year. Love em with my google fi s25 ultra, paid for by selling my s24 ultra for $850.

audio quality is outstanding and ability to say stop music play music next track etc when cooking and exercising is great 👍

You should also watch reviews on YouTube. Many long-term reviews. If you can sell then i would look at OnePlus buds 3 pro.

This is your fault. Don't go around disregarding return policies, then cry foul about a product when it clearly didn't fit your ears on day 1. If it doesn't fit right, it won't sound right. Warranty them then sell them.

Earbuds are all ymmv. I tried these Pro 3s & had a similar experience, but I returned my product on time. 🙄

The ANC is better than airpod 2 pros by a little bit, drowns out my fan better. Sound quality is about the same or better since you can adjust the eq through the app to your preference. Case is almost a copy, honestly like the pro buds 2 more overall.
