The $25 off is through Amex. Log into your Amex account and add the offer before you purchase.
How do you know it triggered? AMEX is not even showing the charge yet?
NOTE: the $25 is a CREDIT applied on the back end so you will pay a higher price during the checkout process. A bit of a leap of faith there.
