If you like collecting tools, or if you have a need for this often (such as installing cabinets, etc), I would highly recommend the Milwaukee M12 Installer Tool 2505 or the M12 right-angle impact driver 2564. Either will set you back around $200 depending on kit and deal, but they are both excellent.
One advantage of a dedicated tool is that it is ergonomically designed to be used with one hand in most cases (though sometimes you still need another hand to press hard against the fastener). But the right-angle adapters always need you to have one hand on the adapter and one on the driving tool.
