Did you have issue with activating multiple numbers porting from Sprint?

I ported two numbers, first one activated fine, second one on the ATT activation page show "Looks like there aren't any numbers eligible for activation on the associated account."
Port page shows "confirmed"
I seem to have the same issue. Port shows confirmed, activation says no eligible number... Hmm...

I don't think this is a problem with sprint. Whenever i tried to port-in multiple numbers on att activation page, after clicking submit, it always showed error for all lines except the last one in the list. And when I tried to activate the failed numbers again, i got the above message. But in fact, all the lines got ported over successfully in first go.

wait for few minutes and check your sprint/att accounts to confirm porting. you can call the porting dept incase there is still problem with 2nd line

btw, i ported over multiple numbers from sprint.

I used 8 Boost phone numbers bought on Ebay to do my AT&T deals. Someone else here who ported in from Sprint can answer your question.

Call AT&T Port Activation Center at 888-898-7685 to see if they can help you.

Thanks. I posted the question while I was on the phone with ATT. 50 minutes later, problem solved. It looks like it is an internal technical issue although the agent did not say. She has to process the port and paperwork at her end. The process isn't long, 30-40 minutes was the wait and transfer call.

I guess a better question for "hpham" is that when you port multiple numbers under the same plan to ATT. Did you go through the same process "Phone number + Zip" for each number or activate one number activated the all the numbers under that plan?

No, it isn't an issue with Sprint since the ATT port portal shows "confirmed."

Both numbers are under the same plan, it seems like, at least in my case, once activated the first number, ATT system took away the ability to activate the second phone on the same plan since the portal shows no number is eligible to activate. Hope that make sense and help someone if one has the same issue.

For my 3 accounts (8 lines altogether), I went through the same steps:
1. Went to the site above. Enter the one of the phone numbers in the order, and the Zip code, then clicked Continue.
2. It displayed all the phone numbers (ranging from 2 to 4) in that order. I selected to activate them all. Off it went, with the progress bar going from 1 to 4, then completed.

hmmm, thanks

I didn't see the number selection screen. Guess that was why I activated only one number.

How many accounts have you created for multiple numbers from sprint? Is it still two lines eligible for $250 per account?

One more question, I remember seeing your post about ATT has tendency to split numbers into two plans? I am seeing both numbers in my "manage my devices" and the plan cost shows Share Plan Plus 3G, is that what you see? Thanks

For the Shared Data 3GB Plan, you'll see $100 before autopay is ready. Later on, the $100 will be crossed out and replaced with $80 when autopay is ready. If you see two "My Plan" boxes, or the cost doesn't show "for 2 lines", then they split the 2 lines into 2 plans.

Each account needs different SSN, right? It's hard pull for each SSN, right?

My 3 accounts were created with name, email, SSN of 3 different persons (me, wife, daughter), but same street address. My wife's 1st order (on 5/1/20) got a hard pull, but the rest of the orders did not. They do check your credit, but some got hard pulls, some got soft pulls, not consistent. The order on 7/19/20 for my acct #3 implies it's a soft pull.

In my case, there was a hard pull for each new account, even if the address is same.

chat rep said it's possible to open multiple accounts for same person and qualify for 2 rewards per each of these accounts. you would open additional accounts just like how you would open a new account. not sure if there will be a hard pull for each new account opened this way. I didn't try this option though.
