Do you also know if i have to unlock the phone from sprint before i port in？
So everytime my application failed during the port-in stage. But im feeling the same as what you mentioned, port in should not fail even if the phone is locked. It was very confusing...I hope i can somehow get this line ported over..

My theory is that if you have an iPhone then remove the track my phone on it.
Check if you can swap the phone( just check to see if above was done successfully). This happened for one line on iPhone not for others on iPhone.
Then submit h2o port. It is a pain to get the h2o folks to resolve

2. The terms and conditions says $250 gc is limited to 2 per account. But I tried to add 2 more lines to my account and it still shows $250 in the cart. So if I add 2 more lines will I get 4 $250 gc as I already ported in 2 lines to this account.
2. The cart showed the $250 for your additional lines because it has no ideas about your existing lines. Most likely, when it's time for a rep to submit your GCs request, the rep or their system will only give you a total of two GCs for your account.
