(1) Can I switch my single line (Tello) and get this $250? Or do I need to open more than a line? Is there a contract to stay with AT&T other than 45/60 days to get this visa reward?
(2) What's the cheapest/basic AT&T plan that is eligible for this promo? I just need one line because not in anyone's plan so have no idea how much it's gonna cost (spent too much time with MVNOs)
(3) What is TCB? Any recommendation how do I sign up for that to get that discount?
Thank you so much in advance!

1. You can do the deal with a single line, but with 2 lines you'll make more money. If you don't have an existing 2nd line, buy a Boost mobile on Ebay for around $7 and use it to port in. See post #3931 for a cost analysis: https://slickdeals.net/f/14021282-att-250-prepaid-visa-card-with-port-in-of-new-line-and-activation-on-any-postpaid-plan?page=263#commentsBox
There's no requirement to stay with AT&T longer than what it takes to receive the reward.
2. Cheapest is the 4GB Plan. $50 for one line, $90 for 2 lines, plus about 25% in taxes & fees.
3. TCB is Top C@sh Back. BF is Bee Frugle, RK is Raku10. They're "shopping portals" that give you cash back when going through them to make a purchase. Discussing them is frown upon by the forum admins, and the forum software will block the names/URL. So we have to abbreviate or purposely misspell them. Search Google using the correct spellings and you'll find out more about them.

I don't know. I've done the deal 3 times, but under my name, wife's name, and daughter's name. If you sign up again using the same name and SS#, I don't know if they'll re-open your account or open a new account.

Anyone combined TCB with SB? I have a SB add-on in my browser which activates cashback after visiting the site. Not sure if both works together or should I not take the risk since SB cashback is just $37.50 compared to $100+ from TCB

My order was cancelled due to inability to verify identity. I called ECOMM and they said that I had to go in to a store and place the order and I would still be able to keep the promo. Any one know what my best course of action is? I just placed another order and tried to call ECOMM immediately to push it through but they said it was under review.

I got my $250 from AT&T, and the TCB is due in few weeks. I want to port out ASAP. Do I need to wait for the TCB before porting out?

TCB and BF paid out after 13-14 weeks even though my AT&T accounts were already closed at 7-8 weeks.

If you use the same phone numbers (even though you already ported out), I suspect that AT&T will consider those numbers as "win back" and refuse to approve the rewards. A number must be away from AT&T service for a certain amount of time (60, 90 days, 6 months ?) to avoid being considered a win back.

Activated ported lines, got the email to create an online account, but for some reason cannot login after user name and password registration; system does not recognize the user name. Tried changing the password, still the same. I assume that it takes some time for a new online account to replicate through the system? Anyone had the same issue?
