My order was cancelled twice due to inability to verify identity. I called ECOMM and they said that I had to go in to a store and place the order and I would still be able to keep the promo. Any one know what my best course of action is?

The lowest cost is 4gb shared plan, two lines $45 per line for a total of $90, plus tax.

Instore order will not qualify, even order over phone will not qualify. You can check with rewards department in chat. I had to order over phone due to being unable to complete the order online. It generated 54-.... series order number. I checked with rewards department in chat and they informed me that it is not eligible. I did not activate that sim.

Ordering with e-com might work. But, check with rewards before activation by the order number.

Thanks for the reply. Are you saying ordering over the phone will get rid of my "unable to verify identity" issues? Honestly that's what I'm most concerned about.

When I claim the reward, can I change the shipping address? I am trying to join my friend's account but not sure where the rewards card will be sent to.

eb**s is Raku10, right? I'm surprised you got $75 per line from them because their web site shows an exclusion for lines doing the $250 BYOD deal.

How long did it take for yours to change? Mine is tracking like that for well over a month and shows in my next payout on 10th Nov

My next payout was 11/15...it showed $75 until 9/15 then $33 until 10/5 when it changed to $0...and because I didn't have enough after that now my next payout moved to 02/15

My order date was 8/11
