Thanks for the reply. Are you saying ordering over the phone will get rid of my "unable to verify identity" issues? Honestly that's what I'm most concerned about.
If you are unable to complete the order, it might show message to call customer support to do the order, but that order will not qualify for the reward.

E-com number maybe able to do the order over phone which is different from regular customer support(sales).

In any case, once you have the order number, chat with rewards department with the order number to check if the order is eligible, If it is not , do not activate the SIM that you receive.

When it says "Limit two Reward Cards per account", it only considering wireless or including ATT internet as well because I recently got a $100 reward for ATT internet. So will get $250 on one line or two lines now?

Typically doesn't - even if it shows up under the same login id, the account numbers are unique.

If they have different account numbers, then receiving a reward in one account shouldn't count toward the reward limit on another account.

I ported my numbers after getting rewards entering early 3rd month service. I was expecting the bill to be refunded and didn't pay the bill. Now after another month i'm getting charged for late fee for unpaid bill as well as for 3rd month.
hpham...I thought you mentioned several times in the thread that you got the refund. How to handle this? Call customer service? They may not be helpful because service is already canceled. Please advise.

If you were already into the 3rd month when ported out and didn't pay for the 3rd month, what refund did you expect to get?
I always ported out before the end of the 2ND month, and got partial refund for the 2nd month.

If ATT billed $100 for 3rd month, and lines were ported out let's say on the 10th day of the 3rd month, wouldn't the 4th month bill show -
prev balance = $100
refund for early cancellation = -$60
final due = $40

AT&T bills ahead. So when the $100 bill for the 3rd month was generated, you're obligated to pay it (manually or autopaid) when it's due a few days later. Let's say you cancel on the 10th day of the 3rd month. At the end of the 3rd month (when the 4th bill would be generated), it'll show $40 charge for the 10 days of service and a credit of -$60. About 2-3 weeks after that, they send you a debit card for $60.

Let's use some calendar dates so it'll be easier to understand. (Not my actual bill or amounts).
7/1/20 Order placed
7/3/20 SIMs received and activated.
7/5/20 1st Bill for $100 available, covering 7/3/20 to 8/2/20.
7/7/20 1st Bill is autopaid
8/5/20 2nd Bill for $100 available, covering 8/3/20 to 9/2/20.
8/7/20 2nd Bill is autopaid.
9/5/20 3rd Bill for $100 available, covering 9/3/20 to 10/2/20.
9/7/20 3rd Bill is autopaid
9/13/20 All lines ported out.
10/5/20 4th Bill is available, showing $40 charge for service from 9/3/20 to 9/13/20, and -$60 credit for unused days.
10/20/20 or around there, Debit card for $60 received.

Based on what you posted, looks like you will not get a refund. When you ported out on 10/8, were the lines ported out immediately or there was a delay?

My 2nd bill covered from 8/24 to 9/23. When I ported out on 9/21 to H2O, the lines were gone from the account within 15 minutes. The attached 3rd bill shows -$5.88 credit for two unused days. Their detailed calculations are so convoluted I didn't bother to try to figure them out.

Here a month later and ATT prorated is YMMV. My port out was not able to be completed until 1 day after my billing cycle started. Sad to say that a whole month was charged with no pro-rated amount used for one day. No indication of any refund whatsoever. Port out accordingly.

Mine were gone - in fact the account also immediately said "Cancelled" right away. But the last bill showed no credit. I did chat and they said that there will be one more bill and that's where I would see the credit - I am not holding my hopes up - 3 days lost credit is fine !!!
