The photo I posted above was from my Informed Delivery notice.
I checked today via usps informed delivery. I do notice that the informed delivery email that I have gotten is not everyday meaning there is a gap in between. Thoughts?

Informed Delivery hasn't been working well later. Probably got overloaded. I usually received their email everyday promptly at 9AM, with mail delivery around noon to 3PM. Now, some days I got the email at random time of day, sometimes after the mail had been delivered. Info regarding packages is even more spotty, sometimes not get updated for several days.

Congrats. Now you can relax until around the 45th day when you request the $250 GC. Since you have only one line, you won't have to worry about them splitting your lines into multiple plans which increases the cost. Sometimes they'll bill late and put the 1st & 2nd months on one bill. But you're planning on staying with them long-term, that really doesn't matter.
I'm not 100% sure that I'm staying with ATT after getting the rebate.

I'm still pissed off at sprint, and since they gave me so much trouble when we tried to:
1) change to a T-Mobile magenta 55+ plan,
2) to change who the sprint account name is actually under, and
3) even cancelling the sprint account
I'm just opting to port out instead of dealing with their BS.

I was looking at SD to see what the best deal for doing a BYOD port in was and decided that this one looked good.

Plus when I get my RMN CB it'll pay for my first month at ATT.
Since sprint jacked up our plan to double what it was (without our consent) I decided that getting a month paid for with RMN and ATT could somewhat offset the new sprint bill.

I'm somewhat thinking to pay for the higher sprint bill, but then contest it on my credit card. I have several of my sprint chat transcripts that outline what happened (unfortunately the plan seemingly got changed by someone that I was on the phone with)...I'd still try to see about paying for my regular Kickstart Unlimited monthly price, but I don't want to pay double for the same service when they weren't even supposed to change the plan until the new month...<.<
Who even changes their plan in the middle of the month?
Yes, I'm still somewhat bitter...

I don't see my reward and it's been 45 days. I also don't see a link to chat. Can someone recommend the best line to call or chat link? Thanks

I just tested this a few minutes ago.
1. Go to https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx
2. Click on Contact Us on the upper right. On the next screen, select your language and "Residential".
3. On the next screen, it'll show a phone number and their hours 7AM-7PM Central M-F. During those hours, a Live Chat button usually pops up in the lower-right corner. It did for me.

I have reached out to sprint executive office but, that was before the merger. I would try googling and if you still can't find let me know and I will dig around to see if I have any contact.

Thanks, I ended up calling. The csr initially said I wouldn't get a claim code till the 60 day mark and I had to point to the website where it states 45 days. They said they put in the request and I should be able to get a claim code in 3-5 days. That are clearly trying to get folks to stay on for at least 3 months.

AT&T won't clawback your GCs, but if the GCs are lost then don't expect much help from AT&T if your account was closed.

it has been 10 days since the gift card was mailed according to the website. checked all my mail and have not received it. I guess, I will have to keep my account open for another month. Any suggestions or recommendation as how to proceed?

Contact Reward Center and get them to re-issue the GCs once they've verified that the original ones hadn't been used. At least that's how Sprint handled it.

The GCs are mailed by First-Class Mail with no tracking number, impossible to trace. Lately, the Post Office has been overwhelmed with increased volume of shipment and fewer workers due to COVID. Lots of shipments (even Priority Mail) got delayed at their Distribution Centers, but usually that only happen to packages, not mail.

I have a package shipped to me in Kansas from Austin, TX on 12/16 by Priority Mail. It took 2 days to get to Kansas City, and has been sitting there since since 12/18.
