Most of my tcb transactions with small cb amounts are fine. Although they failed to track my Sprint BYOD transaction, had to file a claim to get them to track $80 which they eventually paid out.
Surprisingly enough my very first experience with them was with the Sprint BYOD last year. I signed up on the very last day of that $300/line and I did get my $400 for 5 lines. My AT&T order tracks correctly but AT&T keeps canceling my order. It's so frustrating.

You have to order the SIM card online to have the promotion attached to the online order. Also, AT&T will assign the port-in number to the SIM before they ship it (although some people called and got the port-in done at activation because the info submitted during ordering was wrong).

The promo card did not show up online. I called the reward center and the person told me he is entering the reward for me and that i would be able to track it after 3-4 hours and I shoudl get it in 6-7 days. It's been almost 7-8 hours and when I enter my number on the reawrd center , it still does not track anything .. Should I wait some more or is this normal?

Hi my friend,
Happy new year to you and your love ones!
I need your help. I finally opened account after many cancellation. I had to open one line , added another line a few days later, after account opened ( a few days) I received first bill, $67.5, they didn't combine the two accounts, also no auto pay discount, so the bill was higher than it should be, I called, was given $20 credit, now waiting for the next bill.
My question is when the 45 days starts? from order placed or line activation? This lines are purely no real use to me, so I want to get the Gc as soon as possible , then cancel the lines. Thanks for the pointers.

The count starts when you activate the line.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I thought it started from the order, as I saw that the bill charge started from the day my order was placed. btw, forgot to ask, if it make sense to apply employer discount if I don't intend to stay with them, does it really saves me some? Thanks again.

Thanks for the reply. I don't want to stay with AT&T for a long term, just for the GC, I heard that it takes two billing cycles for the discount to reflect? by the time I will close the account for good. I checked that the employer signature discount, after putting email, it says that I am eligible, is this the one you are talking about? Do I have to sign up through the link when I first open ATT account? or I could add the discount now? Thanks very much for your insight.

I signed up with my employer specific link. Came out to be 76.28 for two lines (after tax) for 4gb plan. I might stick with ATT for few months as with 500 rebate and 300 cashback it'll be pretty much free service for almost a year.

You can reach out to them afterwards and see if they would apply the discount afterwards.
