trying to use TCB site which shows up to 100$/line Improved offer for next 5 days but adding to Cart TCB changes offer from ATT wireless to ATT tv and internet with 150$ cash back.

lately TCB offers are a miss for me. Does any one know TCB tracking works for AT&T wireless cashback. Are there any know issues with AT&T wireless and TCB?
I used TCB with my AT&T order on 5/22. It was tracked fine but the cb amount was wrong. During the Memorial Weekend, tcb was running a Double Cash Back promo. The ad showed $150 per new line (doubled the usual $75 per line, but people only got $50 per line). My order was for 2 lines but the cb amount showed only $100. I filed a claim and it has been passed on to AT&T.

I ordered my 2nd account on 5/22 and activated on 5/27. I just had a Chat with AT&T to ask about my 1st bill because I don't see it yet and the cost amount changed from $80 yesterday to $0 today. After that was done, I asked the rep to check my account for the $250 offer (not shown in cart but E-comm saw it on their end when I called on 5/23). Here's part of the chat transcript:
Me : Could you check and see if my account has the $250 offer attached to it?
John B : Sure.
John B : I checked and I see that the $250 offer that was promised for the order is ready to be applied and will be applied after the first bill.

I suggest to use Chat to check on the $250 offer for your order, then email the chat transcript to yourself for record (click on the envelope at the bottom of the Chat box).

Really appreciate your efforts on this. Did you get any reward reedem link for for your lines of first account?

I activated those lines on 5/6/20. It's not 45 days yet.

Not worth it. The main reason to get a post-paid plan is to be able to get free or discounted phones. I wouldn't call this a "slick deal". Even worse, the iphone12 is coming out and this will disqualify you for those port deals.
I don't care about free phone service or discounted phones. I'm doing this deal to make some money. By the time the deal is completed, I'll make close to $1000. Besides this deal, I've made $500+ with the T-mo deal (see attachments), and will be making about $1500 with the Sprint deal. That might not be worth it to you, but it's worth it to me. To each his own.

BTW, what does the iPhone12 have to do with using my Android phones for these BYOD deals?

Those of you having trouble verifying reward applying on the account, did you see $250 offer on the checkout page?
The $250 was NOT shown as a line item in the checkout page.

It WAS present as a banner ad on the att home page before placing the order.

It is still is present as a banner ad on the homepage but now has been updated with an added stipulation limiting it to 2 GC per account.

I am in the same boat, filed a claim. But the TCB agent keeps insisting its $200 and not $300.

I'd be OK with $200, but not the $100 shown in my account.

From reading first 5 and last 5 pages, GCs got limited to 2 lines per account? Nv had ATT before and trying to see if its even worth the time on two lines and up to how many accounts under name? What is the plan everyone is getting, CB site? Any input is appreciated.

I have one account (4 lines) in my wife's name and one account (2 lines) in my name, same street address.
Raku doesn't pay cb for this deal. TCB is running a special offer (ends in 4 days) of $100 per line. BF shows $50 cb per line.
The cheapest plan for 2 lines is the Shared Data 3GB Plan for $80/month + about 25% for taxes and fees. If you need more date, there is the Share Data Plans with 9GB for $100/month + taxes and fees.
Per the terms, it takes 45 days before getting a link to redeem the $250 GCs and 3-4 weeks to receive. So plan on paying for 3 months for service.

Chatted yesterday to find out if $250 Visa was added to my 5 lines(activated 05/14). Chat rep said that I should receive an email in a week. That would only be 30 days since activation, so I doubted the info that she gave to me.

Today, I called E-comm at 866-267-4510 and the rep did not see the promo on any of my lines. He told me that he would escalate my account to another dept and to expect a callback next week. He also said that the promo is limited to 2 lines-I let him know that my lines were activated before AT&T changed the promo.

Hopefully, the escalations dept is able to make sure that the promo is added to my lines...

$250 is limited to 2 phones kills it for me.. I have 5 lines.
Even though Verizon min req for 6 months, I got $1250 out of it.

$500 isn't worth the hassle of dealing with AT&T.

I'm not doing the Verizon deal because paying for 6 months of service reduces the profit amount (the phone service has no value to me). Also, now the GCs are Verizon GCs, not VISA or Mastercard, so can only be used to pay Verizon bills or buy their overpriced phones.
I like the T-mo deal that I just finished. $200 per line (limit 4), the monthly bills were reduced 50% due to COVID, the GCs were sent about 30 days after activation and easily converted to cash. Only 2 billing cycles and I was done.

The T-Mobile reward card is limited to 4 per account, ATT is too naive not to limit # of reward cards in the beginning but once it realized/learned it only gives 2, ATT is the most stingy one of all.
