I called ATT support. They had to double check if it was 1 or 5 per line account.

They said I did qualify based on when I placed the order, but nothing is in the system and that I should call back a month from when I initially placed the offer which will be 6/13 to check for an update.

:/ Sketchy so far. Wish there was a website to submit the rebate and track the status.

I'm not sure what you meant by "1 or 5 per line".

Typo. Rep had to check if it's 1 or 5 GCs per account.

(I ported 5 lines before the limit became 2 GC after 5/14)

Should be 5 but looking like it might be 0. :/

A change was made around mid-May or so (I don't remember the exact date). Before the change, it was a max of 10 $250 GCs per account. After the change, the max is 2 $250 GCs per account. You can read the full terms here: https://www.att.com/ecms/sharedco...97030.html

I have two accounts. First account was ordered on 5/3 with the offer shown in the cart (see attachment). After 5/10 or so, the offer was no longer shown in the cart but their web site still shows the offer. My 2nd account was ordered on 5/22 and no offer in the cart but I called E-comm and they said they saw it on their end. I took many screenshots with the offer on the AT&T site and the system date in the right corner. I'll have plenty of proof if I need to fight them.

I placed the order last Saturday and received the sim card today for just one line I am going to port in. Now i am talking to customer care( i tried the e-commerce # but not sure where i got connected to). And the rep is saying that the offer does NOT seems to be on my order and she needs to escalate this to other department for confirmation which can take upto 72 hours to contact me.

Any idea what to do? Is there any direct contact number for ecommerce department who can assist and provide some confirmation to me on this offer before i port in the number.

When you call E-comm at 866-267-4510, the main menu will ask for your reason for calling. Just say "AT&T asked me to call" and it'll connect you to a rep who can view your order to see whether or not it has the offer attached.

@scorpionguy

Keep me updated. I think I'm in the same boat.

They told me to call back in a month from the purchase date

Hi, I called the Ecom dept and the rep did not see any visa offer associated with my order. I asked the rep to put the notes on my account for future reference as she did notice the promotion details online when i asked her to check. She was clue less for sure. Very weird. Then she gave me Reward center # 8002889983 to get clarification or confirmation I am looking for. I will call them tomorrow and advise you also to call and get some kind of confirmation at least to put on your account as notes.

Those of you having trouble verifying reward applying on the account, did you see $250 offer on the checkout page?

The $250 offer is still advertised on AT&T web site as of today, but not shown in the cart/checkout page since around May 10th.

trying to use TCB site which shows up to 100$/line Improved offer for next 5 days but adding to Cart TCB changes offer from ATT wireless to ATT tv and internet with 150$ cash back.

lately TCB offers are a miss for me. Does any one know TCB tracking works for AT&T wireless cashback. Are there any know issues with AT&T wireless and TCB?
